The world famous jam band, Widespread Panic believes that art education, and in particular music education, is integral to the overall education and advancement of children. Art allows for personal expression, appreciation of ideas, celebration of cultural awareness, sharing emotions, and gives purpose to life! Widespread Panic agrees with research findings that art education supports more traditional academic subjects as well as being a worthy pursuit in its own right. With these intentions, Tunes For Tots began in 2005. Widespread Panic held their first Tunes for Tots charity VIP cocktail party and concert at Atlanta’s Roxy Theater, raising over $100,000 to purchase musical instruments for Georgia Public Schools. To date, the organization has raised over $2,000,000 towards their mission. 

We at Positive Legacy are 100% committed to supporting Tunes for Tot’s mission and are blessed to have their support in return!  Panic en la Playa is always a favorite for our staff and traditionally in the top 3 fundraising events we participate in. In 2018 we once again partnered with Tunes for Tots in our Live Auction at Panic en la Playa to raise $5,700 through a one of a kind autographed poster and a special autographed canvas photo! Thank you, Playa Freaks!!  We love you!!
