TURKUAZ NAMED PL'S FIRST 'ARTIST AMBASSADORS FOR GOOD'
Positive Legacy was proud to announce Turkuaz as our first
"Artist Ambassadors for Good" in 2019. The band was our featured artist at our Day of Service on Jam Cruise 18 in Belize. We worked together again to host a Day of Service at the Food Bank of the Rockies in conjunction with their NYE shows in Colorado, providing an outlet for fans to give back to their local community before dancing the night away! More exciting plans were in the hopper before the global pandemic changed the music industry, but we still found a way to work together recently with our Bid for Positive- Supporting Student Success Online Auction where the band had an active presence in the campaign helping us raise over $19K!
END THE YEAR ON A 'GOOD NOTE'
A big thank you to everyone who came out to the Positive Legacy and Turkuaz End the Year on a Good Note Day of Service!
It is Positive Legacy's mission to integrate music and service to benefit people and the environment and we are stoked that folks took time out of their Monday to #dogood and #giveback with us and Turkuaz!
We all helped to pack 9000 lbs of food, which helps to feed 7,275 families of 4, or 29,100 individuals! Awesome! Stay tuned for the next service day announcement!

How to Enter:

Use the Positive Legacy tote bag to collect items for a charity of your choosing in your community (collection ideas on other side). What cause is important to you?

Show us how you are making a difference in your community and post a video on Instagram about your donation. Clearly mention the nonprofit you are supporting, and your city and state. You must use the #dogood, #giveback and #leavealegacyontour hashtags, as well as tag @positive_legacy and @turkuazband. Please make sure the Positive Legacy logo on the bag is visible in the video.

Eligible charities must have 501(c)(3) non profit status. Turkuaz will choose five submissions to be contest winners and each will receive a $1000 grant to their charity in their honor. Winners will be notified via a video announcement from Turkuaz on Instagram in March. Winners will also receive a merch swag package from Turkuaz.
