JAM CRUISE DAY OF SERVICE
February 9, 2026 @ 9:00AM — 3:30PM Eastern Time

Disembark with Positive Legacy On Grand Turk for a day of giving back, fun and celebration!

Day of Service

We have planned an action-packed day of service, cultural connection, community celebration and music!

This year, Positive Legacy is joining forces with the Rotary Club of Grand Turk to bring much‑needed infrastructure to the Eliza Simons Primary School as part of Jam Cruise 22.

As part of The Oasis Project, we will be helping to transform the school’s outdoor space into a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for students. Together, we’ll work on the basketball court resurfacing, refresh the landscape and complete some repairs and help to restore the school's gardens.

While volunteers are hard at work, our friends at the Moog Foundation will engage the students in the art and science of sound through a Dr. Bob’s SoundSchool experience. To cap off the day, Matt Butler will lead an unforgettable Everyone Orchestra performance featuring Jam Cruise musicians and local artists—Island style, of course.

Activities for the day will include:

  • Resurface and repaint the basketball court

  • Garden Restoration

  • Landscaping & grounds repair

  • Dr. Bob’s SoundSchool

  • Lunch & live music

MUSIC LINE UP

The Day of Service music will feature a collaborative performance featuring Karl Denson, Pete Shand, Sam Fribush, Simon Allen, Ricky Giordano, Anna Moss, Matt Butler, Sari Jordan, Brett McConnell, Aniana, plus The Fireside Collective.

TICKET COST

  • $100 in advance

  • $125 on board (if available)

*The revenue from ticket sales help to offset the costs associated with the Day of Service, including supplies and materials, transportation, food, payments for local cooks and musicians, sponsoring kids and families to celebrate with us, etc.

Why it matters

In 2017, Hurricanes Irma and Maria devastated the school, destroying key buildings including the students’ lunch shed (covered outdoor area). While a concrete slab remains, the school still needs a roof and seating to restore a proper, shaded eating area. By upgrading the lunch shed and extending the playground, we can give students a safe, joyful place to eat, play, and thrive.

All additional donations received will be dedicated toward our Match Campaign to complete the $25,000 needed to fully fund The Oasis Project. While a concrete slab for the lunch shed already exists, the school requires a roof and seating to create a proper shaded eating area. The current playground space is narrow and already contains some equipment; therefore, the plan is to extend it and install one large Skyfort Swing Set to maximize the area safely without overcrowding.

Positive Legacy will MATCH EVERY DOLLAR RAISED up to $12.500!

Your generosity will create a lasting dining and recreational resource for the children, promoting health, well‑being, and community for years to come. Together, we can leave a positive legacy for the young people of Grand Turk!

PANIC EN LA PLAYA RECAP

Positive Legacy would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Widespread Panic family and the fans who showed up with open hearts at Panic en la PLaya Trece. Your generosity, spirit, and deep-rooted sense of community helped power an unforgettable week of connection and impact—proof that this road really does keep going.

Day of Service

This year, our Day of Service took us into the heart of the local community, where volunteers rolled up their sleeves and worked side by side to give back. Together, we tackled a school wide painting project that transformed shared spaces while fans built genuine connections along the way.

Between paint strokes and teamwork, there was time to slow down, swap stories, and share laughs. Live music from a local jazz duo, camaraderie, and a shared purpose to share our time and energies to help the young people at Benjamin Bloom Elementary School carried us through the day, a reminder that we walk each other home in more ways than one. We even got a special nod from the RCD Fundacion in a special ceremony, giving food, toys and sports equipment to all the local kids. With full hearts and a lot of pride, the Day of Service once again proved the power of coming together with intention.

Charity Auction

The charity auction was once again filled with the best in art, albums, unique gifts and of course instruments. Fueled by the incredible generosity of the Panic family, the silent and live auctions raised nearly $50,000 in support of Positive Legacy’s programs. The room buzzed with big energy and the unmistakable sense that this community always shows up when it matters most.

Endless thanks to Widespread Panic for their continued support, and to every artist, partner, and fan who donated one-of-a-kind items and raised a hand for a cause that truly matters.

Poolside Bingo

The good times kept rolling with poolside bingo hosted by Circles Around the Sun —easy going, laughter-filled, and full of that unmistakable Panic vibe. With great music, a beautiful setting, and nonstop smiles, the event raised over $2,500, proving once again that sometimes the best moments happen when you let the good times roll and give back at the same time.

A heartfelt thank you to the Widespread Panic team and Cloud 9 Adventures for their unwavering collaboration and support. None of this would be possible without your belief in the power of music, community, and showing up—ain’t life grand when we do it together?

To every fan who showed up, gave back, and led with love, we thank you.

We truly couldn’t do this without you.

Name That Tune Bingo

This session turned into a music-lover’s playground, challenging fans to dig deep into Jason Narducy’s catalog and test their knowledge of obscure gems and rock ’n’ roll history. Between laughs, “aha” moments, and plenty of good-natured banter, this gathering captured the heart of the week—raising over $3,200 and reminding everyone that learning, listening, and giving back go hand in hand.

A heartfelt thank you to the Wilco team and Cloud 9 for their continued collaboration and support. None of this would be possible without your commitment to creating experiences that extend beyond the music.
